The above Marina rate is per night and is subject to 5% resort fee. Electricity is charged based on flat rates respective of vessel's size. Electricity rates for vessels 70 feet and up are metered and charged per consumption at a rate of $.60 per KW. Water is metered and is based on consumption at $0.45 per gallon.
Standard: A deposit of one night's dockage and resort fee is automatically charged at time of booking. If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must do so 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date in order to avoid a cancellation charge in the amount of one night's dockage and fee. Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's dockage and fee.
Holidays: A deposit of three (3) nights dockage and resort fee is automatically charged at the time of booking. Cancellations made outside of ten (10) days, deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made within ten (10) days of scheduled arrival date, deposit received will be forfeited. 3 night minimum required. Holidays include but are not limited to Memorial Day, 4th of July,. Labor Day, New Year's Eve, Easter.
Cancellations due to weather: Deposit will be refunded in the event that the U. S. Coast Guard has a small craft advisory in effect on the date of scheduled arrival. Cancellation of reservations must be received via telephone to the reservations department in the Bahamas, in writing by facsimile or in writing via E-mail to the reservations department at reservations@biminibayresort.com. Refunds for early departures/short stays will not be given under any circumstances. No shows will be subject to charge equivalent to the cost of the deposit.
