Southport Marina's Waterfront Office Suites, an eye-catching structure of low country architecture, are located at the land's end of Dock C. Marina-related business space is currently available for rent, however, space is limited and leasing quickly!

We offer event space rental on-site for special occasions such as: small weddings, family reunions, office parties, receptions, etc. Our outdoor events deck is nestled in our live oak park overlooking the marina basin. We have power and water available at the deck while you are on site. It makes for a truly beautiful setting! Please call our marina office for rates and availability!

Enjoy the peaceful Live Oak Park while at Southport Marina. The park is also available for special functions.

New Dry Storage Facility opening October 2010!

Southport Marina's newest addition is Phase I of a state-of-the-art Enclosed Dry Storage Facility - Opening October 2010. The building will hold 128 boats up to 35' in length. The facility is Hurricane rated to 140 mph, is sprinkled, has video survelance and has mini storage units available. The Marina also has to comparable lift trucks in service both capable of lifting any boat we facilities for.

We are able to store power boats up to 25,000 lbs with our new Neptune lift truck. The marina boasts a brand new dual drop zone with 400' of dry storage staging area. We also offer pressure washing and haul out services on site.

We are extremely happy that Gregory Poole has chosen to partner with us and provide a full service boatyard. Southport will be their newest yard complementing locations in Beaufort, Manteo and Wilmington. In addition to engine repair, mechanical, electrical, carpentry and all maintenance services, Gregory Poole is an authorized service provider for Caterpillar, Yamaha, Mercury, Honda, Mercruiser and others
