The St. Michaels Harbour Inn is a luxury suite hotel featuring 38 suites and 8 single guest rooms. Most rooms are equipped with private balconies or with ground floor Marina access outside your room. All suites and rooms have private bath with fine linens and cable television with HBO, DVD Players, irons & ironing boards, hair dryers and luxurious terry cloth robes.
Chef Tony Spagnoli hails from the Washington, D.C area where he began his career in the kitchens of international Chefs Roberto Donna and Jean Louis Palladin at "Pesce", "Galileo" and "Il Radicchio". He continued to develop and advance his culinary career with Executive Chef Appointments at "Harry Browne’s" in Annapolis, MD; "Della Notte Ristorante" in Baltimore and most recently, he was the Executive Chef at "Le Tire Bouchon", a restaurant specializing in French cuisine located in Virginia.
Tony has a passion for food and enjoys the creative process of cooking. He has a strong background in Italian and French cooking coupled with focus on regional seafood. Tony is an honor graduate of Stratford University (formerly Advanced Culinary Arts). He now resides in the Eastern Shore of Maryland. You can Spot Tony a mile away with his chef jacket and a smile!
