The Newport Shipyard, a facility dedicated to exceptional support, refitting and servicing of Superyachts up to 300’ . The pool of craftsmen, talent and experience is substantial. Newport Shipyard: ELECTRICAL SHOP

Newport Shipyard is capable of complete and complex installation of power generators and electrical distribution equipment, shore power and converters. Complete electrical surveys that determine needed repairs, modifications, rewiring or upgrades are one of the many services we provide.
Newport Shipyard: CARPENTRY & JOINERY

From new decks to custom cabinetry, Newport Shipyard’s carpentry shop produces the highest quality woodwork on every new build and refit. All carpenters and craftsmen are versed in the widest range of materials, methods and technologies, be it wood, Corian or composite from the new to the classic yacht restoration. The right fit and finish is a constant at Newport Shipyard.
Newport Shipyard: METAL WORK

Newport Shipyard employs a full range of expert metal craftsmen with current experience in the marine trades. Welding and cutting machinery assure accurate fabrication and efficiency. On site cranes provide the ability to move and manipulate massive plates and structures.

Our Fabrication Shop specializes in all types of welding such as mig, tig, stick and automatic. We are ABS certified for steel and aluminum welding on hulls. We fabricate such items as antenna brackets, flag pole bases, deck sockets, railings, stanchions, and covers made out of stainless steel (polished to a mirror finish) or aluminum anodized to any color available. We can fabricate just about any custom part out of any alloy of the customer's choice.
