 The marina slips are 15 feet wide and can typically accommodate vessels over 40 feet. There is a bait and fish cleaning station at the marina. An ice room with a commercial ice machine is available for the owner’s exclusive use. Shore power, lighting and fresh water are also supplied to the slips. The channel has six feet of water and is easy to locate and navigate. The yacht basin is large enough to maneuver a boat in excess of 40 feet. The ocean is only two minutes from the marina dock.
