Marina Manager

Salary: $6,772-$8,231/monthly; $81,272-$98,783/annually

Location: Santa Rosa, California

The Regional Parks Department is pleased to announce its new Marina Manager position. This position will manage, plan and direct the activities and operations of County-owned and operated marinas and other waterfront facilities. The Marina Manager will be involved in developing and executing a business plan for Spud Point Marina at Bodega Bay Harbor. This position will also manage the daily marina operations, coordinate and supervise the work of staff, perform related administrative work in managing Spud Point and the Sport Fishing Center marinas and associated waterfront business operations, and perform related duties as required. The ideal candidate for Marina Manager will have the right combination of business development and marina operations administration skills.

Requirements include significant coursework in areas such as public or business administration, park management or recreation administration and three years of supervisory experience at a marina or harbor, which included responsibility for day-to-day operations, planning, maintenance, budget, and fiscal process.
